We loved our stay here and especially enjoyed the espresso machine by the front desk and the cozy pool area. After some great afternoons, we treated ourselves to a full body massage and a head massage, which really helped us unwind. The only downside was some initial confusion with our check-in, but it didn't take away from the overall positive vibe we experienced. 😊

It was just a perfect match for a short interlude in Queretaro with attractive and competitive value for money. The room we stayed in was decent, and despite some minor issues, we still had a comfortable stay. Make sure to ask about parking options beforehand to avoid any confusion.

The room was spotlessly clean and modern, with a
nice bathroom and good shower. Staff were friendly and helped us navigate the lively street outside. However, it did get quite noisy at times since we were near a popular area.

nice stay but not perfect
The location was excellent, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The historical building had a stylish yet simple decor that added charm to my experience.
The room decor felt slightly generic despite the good taste.

The central location made it easy to explore the area, and the noise-canceling windows ensured a restful night. Staff was exceptionally accommodating, always ready with a smile to assist with requests. A highlight was the espresso machine offering freshly brewed coffee at any time. Although my stay was enjoyable, a wider variety of food options could enhance the overall dining experience.

I enjoyed my time at Hotel Madero. The charming decor made a great first impression. Spacious common areas made it easy to navigate. The staff was extremely attentive, always ready to help. The ambiance added to the comfort. I appreciated the espresso machine by the front desk. I couldn't get enough of it. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was clean, featuring comfortable beds. The atmosphere around the hotel felt safe, which was a plus. However, room service options could be improved. If you wanted something to eat in your room, the choices felt a bit limited. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay again.
